AGM SEMINARS AND SYMPOSIUMS

IFRRO Seminar on Copyright Creating Access, 28 October 2005, Madrid

On the occasion of the IFRRO AGM 2005 in Madrid, CEDRO and IFRRO organised an international Seminar entitled: Copyright Creating Access: How can copyright promote cultural development and access to information; which are the main challenges imposed by the digital era; how to create alliances between libraries and rights holders to foster cultural development; copyright enriching education and education enriching copyright. The seminar included notable speakers from UNESCO, WIPO, EU, Copyright Councils and libraries, in addition to IFRRO presenters.
