Speakers included Miloš Konstantinović, Director of OORP, Vuk Vukićević, Director of the CSCD and known in the IFRRO community for his leading role in establishing OORP, Nebojša Berec, Editor of the Tanjug news agency, and Dušan Mijatović, lawyer specialised in copyright and related rights.

They debated the place for copyright in society and the need to find a balance between compensating authors and publishers for the use of their works and maintaining the free flow of ideas and the democratic right of a citizen to have access to intellectual property. The ongoing reform of copyright at EU level and the importance of copyright for journalists were also at the centre of the discussions.
