CWWCS has signed agreements with more than 200 newspaper, periodical and book publishers in China. 2. General licence: CWWCS grants licences of digital rights, reproduction rights, compilation rights, etc from members to users and collects royalties for members. 3. As a literary agent, CWWCS is the executive entity of China-Russia and China Belarus Inter-Government Literature Translation and Publication Program, and engages in licensing adaption rights of film and television works, and written works' use in the stamps.
