IFRRO is delighted to welcome two new members: COSOZA (Copyright Society of Zanzibar) and FEMU (Dutch Federation of Music Authors and Publishers). The new members have joined IFRRO as Provisional RRO and Creator or Publisher Association respectively.

COSOZA is the multipurpose CMO of Zanzibar. In the area of text and images, COSOZA is mandated by law to manage the licensing of educational institutions and libraries as well as the public lending right. With COSOZA joining, IFRRO now has 18 members in Africa.

FEMU is a CMO in the Netherlands that licenses the use and reproduction of sheet music and lyrics on behalf of its members. Its licensing fields include the publication of lyrics in books and magazines, the use of lyrics on television, in karaoke bars, in music schools, in events and on the Internet.

We are looking forward to working with our new members and learning more about the different aspects of management of the rights that they represent.
