Educational institutions (DCA article 13): All licenses are digital, Business etc. (DCA article 14): All licenses are digital. Copydan Writing continues to enter into licenses on the basis of the general extended collective licensing provision (DCA article 50(2)). The licenses entered are primarily with publishers or organisations as contracting parties wanting to clear authors’ rights to out-of-commerce works/orphan works in order to digitize and make available for the public. Copydan Writing has recently made an effort to make the process of entering into agreements on the basis of article 50(2) more transparent while also simplifying the administrative process. 6 DKK Denmark
